TAPAS – Tempranillo Advocates, Producers and Amigos Society – is a nonprofit trade association of over one hundred wineries, growers, and amigos, whose mission is to promote Tempranillo and other varietal wine grapes native to the Iberian Peninsula, and wines produced from them in North America.

Although we are unable to attend this wonderful event – we wanted to let you know about it! Get out and support our fellow Tapas members, if you get the chance!

2013 grand wine tasting!

This year’s Grand Wine Tasting will be Sunday, June 23, 2013 at the Presidio in San Francisco. The public tasting will run from 2:00-5:00 pm.

At the Great Northwest Wine Competition we received a GOLD medal for our 2009 Tempranillo (remember this wine also received a GOLD at the World of Wine Competition and a Silver medal at the San Francisco INTERNATIONAL Wine Competition.

We also received a SILVER award for the 2011 Kriselle Cellars Sauvignon Blanc.

We are pleased with these results!
The competition was fierce – the judges tasting 800 wines from the NW.
What an honor to be awarded these medals with such worthy wines being created  in the Northwest!

The Tasting Room will be open all winter – Wednesday – Sunday 11 am – 5:30 pm.
In the Spring we will return to our Open Daily schedule.
