Richly complex from vintage to vintage, the 2023
Di’tani is no exception. This release highlights the
dark-fruit character for which Di’tani is known, with
mulled blackberries and dark plum taking center
stage, complemented by lively earthy tones and
garden herbs. Notes of bay laurel, black pepper,
tobacco, and cedar add depth and intrigue
throughout the palate. Refined by velvety tannins
and a gentle yet vibrant acidity, the wine’s
structure is both balanced and expansive.
