characteristics drive the aromas and flavors of the
2021 Sangiovese. Look for notes of ripe
strawberries, dried cherries, nutmeg & clove
spice, freshly tilled soil and soft sweet smoke.
Medium-plus level acidity brings brightness to the
wine while medium tannin provides structure.
You’ll love the way this wine fills the palate while
still leaving room for food. Pair the 2021
Sangiovese with garden herbs and tomatoes as a
natural complement. Delicious also with creamy
mushroom risotto, cured meats and grilled lamb
